Lost Souls on a Bench

Lost Souls…

The old IR film that I loved. Almost everyone is looking at me. The most ordinary people often interest me the most. Would I want to take pictures of DeNiro or say Bob Dylan. Maybe back in the old days when he wasn’t a star yet but had already shown his truth to the downtown havens.

Lost Souls. Not their fault, they all look the same on I HIE film shot at night with an infrared flash the way the old masters did.

And the crossed legs? What is up with that. Protection. So relaxed. And 3 days later I got to look at the negative, and that day, if I had the energy, I made prints on the small fold out table.

Anyway, these folks look more ghostly than human. Infrared flash with infrared film will do that to you.
