Good Luck Susan

I had a video appointment with my neurologist yesterday. She is the last of my doctors going to the front in the Sinai Emergency Room where I was (for a fall) several weeks ago.

I was there for about 6 hours. Eventually got an x-ray.

Susan said the ER was no place for me and got me transfered back to the Castle asap.

She asked me what it was like then. I said it was already hell. She said she had asked a doctor friend who had already been enlisted, who also said, it’s hell.

I wish her and all the other new front liners all the best.

About the photo: my father’s bed while he recovered from something in the hospital. Studs Terkel was one of his idols.
